Electrically conductive silver epoxy
An electrically conductive, one-component epoxide is coming on market, which has an unlimited lifetime at room temperature, it is heat-cured, at 120°C in 45 to 50 minutes or 150°C in 20 to 30 minutes. Thanks to its consistency, a fine paste works well with it and it can be applied by syringe. This simple processing option, it is a convenient choice for electronic and related applications.
